Holiday Decorating Guidelines – Specifically to December Decorations

To preserve the spirit, lights can be done no earlier than November 19, but you may not turn them on until the Saturday immediately following Thanksgiving.  All Christmas decorations must be taken down by January 10th.  All decorations may be placed on the covered front porch and deck areas of each unit and on the shrubbery outside the front of homes.  Please review Rules for additional information.
