Northwood Village Association is the Association where your townhouse resides.
There is a Homeowners Association (HOA) monthly fee. This fee covers:
▪ Grass Cutting/Snow Removal
▪ Maintenance of Common Areas
▪ Landscaping: Front of units, and all common Areas
▪ Water
▪ Roofing
▪ Roads/Driveways/Walkways
▪ Siding/Gutters/Downspouts
▪ Painting: cedar front and trim, front doors, garage doors, decorative fans
▪ Insurance–Fire and Liability on Association Properties. Owners must provide
their own coverage for inside the unit.

Each unit has a Garage (1 or 2 Car) with one or two spaces in the driveway. There are
additional guest parking spaces throughout the neighborhood. Overnight resident parking
in guest parking spaces is strictly prohibited from November 1st through March 31st.

Flood insurance is not required by the Northwood Village Association. Banks may
require flood insurance when providing a mortgage.
