In preparation of winter (yes, it is coming – ugh!). Overnight parking of vehicles in the guest parking spaces is strictly prohibited from November 1^st through March 31^st.  Parking on any grass areas within the community is prohibited.  Owners must make every attempt to have vehicles parked in garages.  If vehicles are left out in the driveways they should be moved out of the way at times of plowing.  Again, guest parking and common areas will be used to place snow when necessary.
